Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a Site Architectural Plan to add five new dwelling units on a property with five existing units. The redevelopment includes demolition of two existing shed structures;
construction of a 4-unit multifamily building; and construction of one single family detached dwelling. This hearing was continued from March 23 and April 6, 2021.
