Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant

Part Time Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant
(32 Hours Weekly) needed to provide personal and executive support, as well as business
administration, insurance matters, and light
bookkeeping. You will be responsible for tracking and completing personal and professional
projects.

Responsibilities
To include (but not limited to):

Mail collection and distribution
Office duties- scanning, e-filing, order supplies, document prep and distribution
Deposits
Insurance submissions and follow up
Bookkeeping- light QuickBooks, prepare Excel spreadsheets, pay bills
Serve as the main point of contact for home
(and office) employees and vendors, monitoring and scheduling routine maintenance and
household projects as needed
Maintain, update, troubleshoot computers
Provide administrative duties related to lifestyle management
Maintain calendar and contacts in Outlook
for Principal

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Positive and proactive attitude.
Highly motivated self-starter.

Must be detail-oriented, imaginative, and
inspired. Thinks outside the box.
Must be able to work efficiently and
independently
5+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative position (Administrative
Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager) plus above average financial/accounting
knowledge.
Computer Skills (above average): QuickBooks,
Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Apple
Applications, (along with willingness to learn new software and applications as required.
Must live in Roaring Fork Valley
