The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support always putting the needs and confidentiality of the client first and consistently demonstrating exceptional service every single time.  The position requires attention to detail while performing a variety of office tasks.

Responsibilites include:
-Greeting clients and visitors whether on the phone or in person
- Supporting clients by providing services in account maintenance
-Maintaining client databases
-Setting Up Client Appointments
-Maintaining client files
- Assist with tax return processing
-Assist with bookkeeping functions for clients
-Taking advantage of additional educational opportunities that may arise

Minimum Qualifications:

- Two years related experience or equivalent education
- Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks
