PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for an Annexation, Disconnection, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and Rezoning of property associated with an Exchange, Lot Boundary Adjustment, and Slope Easement Agreement between the City of Glenwood Springs and Airport Mini Storage, LLC. The subject properties are located at 3500 Airport Road (PIN: 2185-271-00-050, zoned I/L Light Industrial and Office) in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and 1097 County Road 116 (PIN: 2185-271-00-008, zoned Commercial/General) in the unincorporated area of Garfield County, Colorado. The applicable portion of the City of Glenwood Springs (airport) property is not used for public, governmental, or park purposes.The City Council public hearing is scheduled for September 21, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Glenwood Springs City Hall, 101 West 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
