The Board shall continue these hearings from time to time until all petitions have been heard. All appeals on real property must be filed with the Board no later than July 15, 2019. All appeals on personal property must be filed with the Board no later than July 22, 2019. All hearings must be conducted by the close of business on August 5, 2019. Any decision shall be mailed to the petitioner within five business days of the date on which such decision in rendered.
