The court will call your case and you may participate once called upon. WebEx hearings are court proceedings and all participants shall follow ordinary standards of decorum. Participants should ensure that their surroundings are quiet and that distractions in home environments are minimized.

The respondent may ask that the hearing be held in a manner that reasonably accommodates the respondent. The respondent has the right to request that the hearing be closed, but the hearing may not be closed if the respondent objects.
