Take Notice that the Garfield County Community Development Director has initiated a Text Amendment request to amend the Garfield County Land Use and Development Code of 2013 as amended, including but not limited to Article 3 Zoning; Article 4 Application and Review Procedures; Article 5 Divisions of Land; Article 7 Standards; and Article 15 Definitions, in regard to the following: errors, corrections and minor amendments.
A Garfield County Planning Commission public hearing on this request has been scheduled for the 26th day of August 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners Meeting Room, Garfield County Administration Building, 108 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
All persons affected by the proposed text amendments are invited to state their views, protests or support. If you cannot appear personally at such hearing, then you are urged to state your views by letter or send an email to Email Me. The Planning Commission will give consideration to all comments received in deciding whether to approve, modify, or deny the request. The application may be reviewed at the office of the Community Development Department located at 108 8th Street, 4th Floor, Garfield County Administration Building, Glenwood Springs, Colorado between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
