Please take notice that the Parachute Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a zoning variance for a 1492 square foot house. The application requests a variance from a 20 foot front setback to a 12 foot front setback from the property line on Russey Ave and 7 foot front setback from the property line on W 2nd Street.
Also requested is a variance to maintain a 4'12 pitch on one of the porches attached to the house.
