NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Gypsum Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on an application for a Minor Plat Amendment for Aspen Ridge at Buckhorn Valley PUD. This application will change ten lots within the subdivision from duplex lots to single-family lots. Further information concerning these applications or proposals may be obtained on the Town's website

The hearing will be held remotely due to the current COVID-19 restrictions. In order to reduce the potential of the meeting being hacked, you must contact Lana Bryce at Email Me or
