storage units, hereby gives notice that it is asserting a possessory lien on the
property stored in referenced units. The lien is asserted for unpaid rental charges,
late fees, and other associated charges incurred for the rent of the storage space.
The Property that is subject to the lien is including, but not limited to personal
effects, household items, and ect.
UNLESS PAYMENT IS MADE BY January 30, 2020 AT 5 P.M., the property shall be
disposed of at the discretion of the management to satisfy the lien. You have the
right to a judicial hearing to determine the validity of the lien and have ten (10) days from the date of this notice to notify Affordable Self Storage, by certified mail, return receipt requested, that you wish to contest the assertion of the lien and that a hearing is desired.
