Please take notice that the Glenwood Springs Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider applications for a major site/architectural plan review application, a special use permit, variances, and a license to encroach for the construction of a 90-unit multi-family apartment building. The special use permit request is to allow a building height which exceeds 40 feet but is not greater than 60 feet in the Mixed-Use Core (M2) District. The variance requests are related to maximum building length and landscaping. The license to encroach request is to allow the construction of shoring for the building foundation into the right of way beneath the sidewalk on the north side of Wulfsohn Road, balconies, and other pedestrian features in the right-of-way.

The subject property (PIN:2185-081-38-007) is located along Wulfsohn Road between Market Street and East Meadows Drive in the City of Glenwood Springs, CO. The site is approximately .54 acres in size and is zoned M2-Mixed Use Core (M2) District. The application is submitted by Realty Capital Management, LLC and the property is owned by Glenwood Meadows, LLC.
