Marketing Manager We arelooking for an energetic and strategic thinker to join our marketing team. Thisposition reports to our head of marketing and will be responsible for managingand executing an effective and integrated marketing strategy that covers allmarketing channels and opportunities. The ideal candidate is an organized andcreative individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able tooperate and coordinate quickly and clearly across multiple teams. Thisposition is full time and based in our Aspen area office. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies. Contract with vendors to create marketing collateral and execute direct marketing and promotions. Ensure that all marketing services delivered on behalf of the company are being provided efficiently, effectively, and on-brand. Coordinate with the creative team to develop promotional marketing content and materials that are consistent and in alignment with the company's corporate strategy, messaging objectives and internal policy. Coordinate with the operations team and the compliance department to assure marketing collateral is operations friendly and compliant with state regulations. Provide competitive market analysis, product analysis, consumer insights, sales campaign support, and promotional marketing material and communications to support sales campaigns and sales growth. Qualifications: Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) 7+ years in all phases of marketing program administration and management experience. College degree. Critical thinker. Experience developing a brand from the ground up through several major iterations would be helpful. Demonstrated experience developing marketing plans and budget development/management. Demonstrated experience managing vendors and timely completion of vendor deliverables. Expertise in marketing strategy including market segmentation and product marketing. Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful strategies that integrate direct marketing and digital components. Demonstrated experience conducting marketing research (competitor analysis, industry trends, customer surveys/focus groups). Excellent and demonstrated writing, editing and copywriting skills are required. B to B sales experience in consumer goods. Please respond with resume to email@example.com for consideration.
