Full time Office Manager position available at a local contractor that is established and stable. Required experience and skills include strong work habits, ability to work remotely as needed, strong personnel management skills and ability to interface with customers, employees, vendors, and others, strong verbal and written communication skills, team player, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel, knowledgeable in Quickbooks, basic office skills including printing, scanning, and other computer skills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, basic accounting, local travel (post office, DMV, office, etc.) 2-3 times per week. Preferred experience and skills include DOT regulations for semi trucks, Expensify, T-Sheets, PEX cards, payroll processing. Compensation depending on experience. Workplace to be determined, work from home possible.
