Executive Assistant SGM Glenwood Springs area preferred.

SGM is currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant for our Glenwood Springs office, to perform duties for several company executives and operations team members:

Handle correspondence of a complex and/or confidential nature Assist in administrative details that require initiative and judgement Run errands for the operations team, shareholders and/or BOD such as picking up supplies/lunch/etc. Email management and Outlook scheduling Attend and take notes for company leadership and BOD meetings Assist with internal projects, work groups and training – schedule meetings, help compile/organize material Shareholder transaction paperwork Compile reports, populate spreadsheets, memos, invoice letters, and other documents File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports Help prepare for meetings by coordinating meeting space and accommodations, (food, technology), preparing agendas, reports, etc. Read and analyze incoming memos and submissions, distributing to appropriate parties as needed Process new hire benefits paperwork, ensuring compliance and data accuracy Audit and update HR personnel files Assist with benefits Open Enrollment Assist with 401k census, 1095 reporting, quarterly payroll taxes Technical writing Review technical writing, prepare written communication Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operation procedures and manuals Research, develop and document technical design specifications Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content Manage updates and revisions to technical literature As workload allows, other duties as assigned


The tentative schedule for this position is Part-time (8-2 with an hour lunch) approximately 25 hours a week. Occasional opportunities for additional hours and overtime

Minimum Qualifications

High School degree 5+ years’ experience as a personal or administrative assistant Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and proactively complete tasks Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
